The Role
IRIS.TV is looking for a Director of Account Management in New York, Chicago or Los Angeles. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the SVP of Business Development where you will be responsible for growing revenue and adoption of IRIS-enabled™ inventory with our existing platforms and data partners.
You will be the daily point of contact once a new data partner or platform is signed and will provide day to day support of the partnership with a goal of increasing adoption throughout the organizations.
The Director of Account Management has a proven track record of driving adoption of data driven strategies in the ad tech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a true consultative business partner with their clients, and will have the ability to understand client challenges, and skillfully connect those specific problems with existing IRIS.TV product offerings.
Candidates should be well-versed in Connected TV, data, private market places (PMPs) and programmatic advertising technologies, with a passion for growing partnerships through client education, collaboration and creative thinking. Candidates will work closely with the operations deal to ensure deals are set up and running as expected as well as with our technical account management (TAM) team for new client onboarding.
Candidates will have demonstrated a record of progressive responsibility and accomplishments in digital media technology, and will have superior knowledge of all facets of account management with a focus on revenue generation.
Candidates will be responsible for supporting existing data partners and platforms to help enable them to increase usage by understanding each partner's business. Creating an action plan, prioritizing accounts, running playbooks, co pitching as needed and activating campaigns with the world's largest agencies and brands.
Location
New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles are preferred - willing to consider remote.
Responsibilities
Develop and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor by gaining comprehensive insights into their businesses and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams as well as clients to help drive advertiser performance and account growth.
Position and maintain IRIS.TV as a thought leader in the CTV space.
Hit ambitious outreach KPI's and generate a deep relationship with our Data partner and platform sales teams.
Superior analytical skills and a firm grasp of customers needs to ensure successful outcomes with the use of our platform.
Become a subject matter expert on contextual video PMP's, and effectively penetrate strategic accounts to drive activations.
Explore creative ways to frame partnerships based on our clients needs.
Work cross-functionally, internally and externally, with a variety of stakeholders to propose new and unique ways to leverage our platform.
Maintain accurate records in CRM to properly forecast and achieve individual monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals and contribute towards team goals.
Attend webinars, thought leadership sessions and industry events (e.g. CES, Programmatic IO, MediaPost, IAB) to maintain your industry knowledge.
Travel as needed to customer sites, trade shows, and events across the United States.
Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising technologies, including where and how different types of data are applied in programmatic Video and CTV between DSP's and SSP's.
Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations.
Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments.
Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft.
Proven track record of success, and has consistently met or exceeded quota and expectations.

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Technical understanding of how the programmatic ecosystem works.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, powerpoint and presentation skills required.
Ability to exceed multiple OKRs concurrently (client retention, up-sell/cross-sell, new vs expansion, etc.).

Experience Requirement
4-6 years experience in a programmatic ad tech role. Ideal candidates will have experience with programmatic buying, PMPs, data driven media campaigns and knowledge of the CTV space and agency connections.
