The Role
IRIS.TV is looking for a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead and/or assist with the management and execution of key marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, content development, and analytical skills, and has relevant experience serving in tactical B2B marketing roles, preferably within the media and advertising industry. Must be well-organized and can collaborate cross-functionally across our marketing, go-to-market, product, and engineering teams.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this individual will be a leader within our organization and serve as an expert on our positioning and products, and will be communicating their value to internal and external audiences. The role requires someone who can build relationships across the organization and drive alignment on priorities and strategy.
Location
Los Angeles HQ or NYC is preferred but open to US - Remote.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Support the growth marketing and content marketing team with tactical execution of marketing campaigns via targeted email communications, blogs, social media, paid advertising, and more.
Sales Enablement: Develop commercial enablement materials for use by sales, business development, and account management teams including internal newsletter, pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, guides, blog pages, and case studies.
Product Marketing: Closely collaborate with operations, product, and account management teams to support client retention and nurture efforts, and translate technical features into client-centric messaging for use in external collateral and documentation.
Partner Marketing: Maintain and develop co-marketing strategies and support for our data and ad platform partners.
Marketing Operations: Manage content management, internal wikis, and automation tools with respect to marketing.
Research & Analysis: Analyze the industry and competitive landscape to support our team's knowledge of trends and innovation.
Event Management: Support logistics and coordination for virtual and in-person events.
Qualifications
Results-oriented with a can-do spirit that loves to exceed expectations, meet deadlines, and overcome obstacles.
Proven B2B/SaaS product marketing leader with 2 to 3+ years of B2B and/or B2C experience and demonstrated experience in building breakthrough product positioning and GTM strategies that drive marketing execution plans in fast-growth organizations.
Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, ad tech, and the dynamics of supply and demand.
Thorough comprehension of key marketer KPI metrics, internal org structures, and challenges/opportunities for digital marketers.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing/demand generation, and sales teams, with an emphasis on enabling sales to successfully execute.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand buyer's most critical business issues and the ability to translate product and service capabilities into real business value.
Highly-collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect, and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic and complex environment.
Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with marketing automation processes and experience with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Confluence, Asana.
Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
